Yiannos holds the position of Manager / HR Advisory Services providing services to clients as well as managing complex projects from concept to completion. He is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in the HR field, specializing amongst others in managing employee benefits, employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management systems and employee development schemes.
Prior to joining MGR he worked as a COO and HR Manager in a reputable Audit and Consulting firm. Through his professional experience, Yiannos has become a dedicated Human Resources professional with in-depth knowledge in Human Resource processes, policies and corporate functions.
He has a proven track record in representing and communicating corporate core values and he possesses a highly motivational attitude, approachability and a strong understanding of HR infrastructures in diverse workplaces. Yiannos has also been involved extensively in HR project management and in providing interim staff to high profile organisations.
He holds an MSc in Human Resources from the University of Essex and a BSc in Management from the University of Nicosia.
