On behalf of our client, a reputable and established Public Transport organization with local and international operations, we seek to recruit a high caliber professional for the position of Personal Assistant to the Senior Management, to be based in Nicosia.

The Position

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Management and will be expected to provide day-to-day administration assistance and support. More specifically, key responsibilities of the person to be appointed include, amongst other:

  • Performing secretarial duties to the Executive Committee during their meetings
  • Acting as project manager for ad-hoc projects that may require coordination of people across departments
  • Preparing presentations, press releases, reports and letters/memos as requested by the Senior Management
  • Organizing events that will further promote the Company’s image and operations
  • Maintaining the Company’s social network and relationships with local press representatives
  • Welcoming and hosting guests and associates
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence addressed to the Senior Management
  • Assuming responsibility for the overall experience of the Senior Management, especially the expatriates and catering for their accommodation and well-being
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as maintaining the agendas of Senior Management, arranging appointments, organizing meetings, and handling the related details
  • Organizing and maintaining correspondence, documents, and electronic information in an orderly way
  • Liaising with associates and other external entities


  • Degree from a reputable academic institution in Business Administration or in any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Able to safeguard confidential information
  • Pleasant personality and service orientation
  • Advanced organization and planning skills
  • Professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and use of social media
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written
