Maria is an HR Consultant at MGR Human Resources ltd, with four years of broad HR professional experience. Detailed-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Maria is being involved in several Human Resource areas, providing HR services in the areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding, project coordination, performance management, international HR as well as performing various HR Administration duties both for clients in the areas of HR Outsourcing and European-funded projects involving interim placement contracts.
Before joining MGR Human Resources, Maria was working at the European Institute of Management and Finance as a Training Coordinator in e-learning courses.
Holder of BSc degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and MSc degree in Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.
