Nikolas is an experienced Senior HR Consultant with broad knowledge in various HR functions and a particular focus in the areas of HR Outsourcing and Recruitment Services to local and international organisations.
Throughout his professional experience with MGR Human Resources Nikolas has specialized and been involved in the full scope of HR functions including amongst other; managing employee performance, learning & development, organisational structures, employee engagement, and providing HR advisory services to various stakeholders. He is distinguished for his professionalism, motivation and positive attitude, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
He has also been involved in recruitment projects at all seniority levels, as well as providing temporary placement services, and he is keen in talent identification and evaluation through structured interviews and personality and ability profiling.
He holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Huddersfield and a MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Consulting from the University of Bath.
